Pesticides in kids linked to ADHD
Mon May 17, 2010
I thought Lead Paint was the culprit? No. As lead levels fell the incidence of adhd rose.
New Pampers trigger safety concerns
Wed May 5, 2010
I am always amazed that any manufacturer would vountarily make anything for infants, toddlers or children since the liability issues are so prevalent. Crib recalls occur frequently. Toys with small parts. Toys with large parts.
Car tech: Coolest new systems on four wheels
Sun Mar 21, 2010
Any alleged improvement which requires that you take your eyes off the road for purposeful movement (as in selecting a touch screen site for your right hand and right pointing finger) is a bad idea.
Should doctors be allowed to hasten the deaths of terminally ill patients?
Mon Mar 1, 2010
Ghostmasseur said it all. There are times when death is not the enemy.

Tue Feb 2, 2010
Cadmium is in batteries, computer parts, etc. If adults do not eat their jewelry or mouth it there is no risk. Another alleged adult risk that applies only to infants and toddlers. Sensational news item if not entirely illogical.
Twin study reveals secrets to looking younger
Thu Oct 22, 2009
They look like twins to me; one with more pigmented lesions due to the sun. Otherwise, no big differences.
Student injuries in gym class jump 150 percent
Mon Aug 3, 2009
"cuts and sprains". I agree with an earlier poster who feels msnbc fills space with junk health scares, usually written by a freelancer with no credentials. Why if I ever got a cut or sprain when I was a kid my parents.....wouldn't even know about it. Breaka bone gets attention. Junk science.
Not feeling well? Beware of 'shadow' diseases
Sun Jul 19, 2009
Another misleading scare article from the good health folks at msnbc.
